you awake?

I note a whale of a drop in postings in the TKE site...and I note
only one new chapter in the past two years...we continue to
have losses -- tho not the only ones. Several fraternities have
been either lied to or shielded from the loss numbers. CU has
ten chapters off at the present time. Musical chairs. Some of the
larger outfits are losing at least five a year. Reviving about the
same, hardly a position of pride. How many dead TKE chapters
near you? Are any of them slated for revival?
These shopping center diploma mills are hardly good prospects for a new TKE chapter either....you awake?
Apathy set in? Apathy...neither for it or against it?
TKE has not set the world afire, either, reactivation-wise...but neither has anyone else--tho Pike certainly looks good...
While TKE is still amongst the top five, size-wise, the figures are
hardly inspiring. Us yankees have no sabers to polish or bloomers to press...so what are we doing?
Wonder what kind of era we are entering? The flag is up...
What is your chapter doing? If you are under 40 in size you are
gonna be in deep doo-doo and likelihood of success is dim...You
sure as H would be a failure in the real world...
'course, our limpdick leaders and candidates for office are not exactly setting the world afire...er, poor choice of words!
Anyway, fraters, you awake?
