I ordered 2 items in October. I know the order went through because the $$$ left my bank account w/in 3 days. It is now April and I still haven't received my order! I emailed them twice asking about the status of my order and did not receive a response. I called several times and couldn't get through (said # was disconnected). Then, after FINALLY getting through, I spoke with someone in March who said my order would be shipped the next day and should arrive w/in a week....still waiting!!!!

Did you pay with your credit card/Debit? You might be able to get your money back but you'll have to go throught your credit card company/bank.
