My little sister in is Pharm school at Ole Miss right now. In the 6 years I've known her, she's had her nose in a book the entire time. If you aren't into studying 24-7, then you might want to reconsider. Try going to
www.olemiss.edu and checking out the pre-pharm and pharm programs. That would give you a better idea of what you're up against.
Also, it can give you an idea of what part of pharm you might like to go into. I know there's the research area, actual pharmacy area, pharmaceutical sales, etc. My lil sis is going into the actual pharmacy area.
