porno is a 4 billion dollar a year industry and has been growing over the past ten years with DVD sales strengthening the market; i don't think that regulation is going to do anything. There is a demand for porn and people will get in one form or another. Plus, the industry employs at least a few thousand people. Attempting to regulate porn will force job losses and higher unemployment.
