Lord knows i need to loose some wt and i can definitely say i feel your situation in such a tremendous way.
I actually just started the South beach diet and my dad is diabetic and he is on it. let me tell you how wonderful this diet is he has been on insulin for a good 15 yrs since starting this diet he has been insulin free since December. If that isn't the best incentive for a healthier lifestyle than i dont know what is!
