these are just some random ramblings about some of the music videos out:

"contagious" by the isley bros. feat. ron isley a.k.a. mr. biggs - okay, i don't know about anyone else, but i think he is takiing the "mr. biggs" things just a lil too far!! and, ron, are you not an isley too? what's up with this "featuring" nonsense

"i cry" by ja rule feat. lil mo' - what did his homeboy die from? don't tell me he died because they snatched them chains from around his neck

"midwest swing" by the st. lunatics - nelly, i still don't know why your cutlass is blue. and, why does lil momma in the laundromat have on a shower cap and lil daddy got on the mouse mask?? (and he wants us to believe that they aint country??)

"falling" by alicia keys - GONE 'HEAD GULL!! i like that video almost as much as i like the song. most of us have dealt with or been close to someone who has dealt with a man in prison. it can break a sista

"fiesta" by r. kelly - it aint a fiesta with a bunch of half-naked girls, robert

"pop" by n'sync - aren't those boys just adorable?? i really like this video, except the beat-box breakdown

"resolution" by aaliyah - the song is cute, but why does all her songs that are about relationships (which all of them are) never feature a love-interest in the video? by the by, the snake thing is very, very odd

"you remind me" by usher - i really like this song, but did anyone else catch him humping the tree??!!

"hit-em-up style" by blu cantrell - it took me a minute to like this song, although i don't believe she will be getting a grammy for best songwriting (check the lyrics: while he was schemin', i was beamin in the beamer just beamin'--wth??), but i think the video is cute. it follows the song, which i like

"she's all i got" by jimmy cozier - this video is cool. ol girl in the video is crazy though. she didn't have to pull the phone out the wall!!!

"get yo' freak on" by missy elliot - okay, missy, what is up with this jungle of humans thing?
