Because I am a lazy bia, I didn't go to the gym not one time last week.

But let's not focus on the negatives, shall we? What did I do well? I stuck to my points as best I could. I wrote down everything I ate, shameful or not. I didn't overeat when I wanted to (emotional eating). Well, let's just get to the point...

I LOST 3.2LBS THIS WEEK!!
My goals for the coming week:
MORE fruits and veggies
MUCH MORE WATER
EXERCISE at least three times this week
