Sorry to crash but there is a Phi Kappa Psi badge on ebay attached to a Gamma Phi Beta badge. One of my sisters is interested in getting the Gamma Phi badge but we think it's going to go for more than she wants to pay (because it's two badges). We've been able to determine that our badge is from 1945, so yours is probably about the same age and it's from our chapter at the University of Oklahoma.
If any Phi Psi's are interested in buying the badge, please let me know and I'll put you in touch with my sister and maybe something can be worked out so everyone can win.
