Being a multicultural GLO can be about being multicultural (based on ALL cultures) or based on a minority group (Latino/a, or asian)
On another note being a multicultural GLO isn't about being physically multicultural it's about being multiculturally minded. If you look at Theta Nu Xi, we aren't all a part of minority group, but we're all bonded together as ONE in an effort to promote the awareness of diversity, and the importance of knowledge about diversity.
