Originally posted by LuaBlanca um ACTUALLY I've lived in MA my whole life and I've always called it a "bubbler." It's definately a southeastern MA-Cape Cod/ RI thing. I didn't hear "drinking fountain" until I went to a competition in Western/Northern MA and they thought I was nuts for calling it a bubbler.
