I agree that it depends on the workplace. For example, my boyfriend and I worked together before we started dating. However, we were bartenders and servers at a restaurant. While we worked together majority of the time, we were both focused on making money and taking care of our customers. We really didn't spend "couple time" at work.

I don't think a relationship would work out too well if you were in a corporate setting where one person was the other's boss or something along the lines of that. Hey, it might work, but I know I'd have a problem with my SO telling me what to do all day at work. And then add the fact that you'd have to see him/her later on that day! That's just too much for me.

But I did meet the love of my life at work, so I guess you never know!
