The four necessary workshops or courses I would say:

1) Confidentiality 101

2) Teamwork 101

3) Humbleness 303 (upperlevel)

4) Public Service 303 (upperlevel)

These courses should be prerequisites for anyone interested in joining any of the Divine Nine orgs.
