I 'm bringing this back in order to ask a question...

As stated above, I am the newly elected VP of my school's chapter of NAACP, I want to be THE most effective leader possible, so I was wondering if any of you were affiliated with this organization, and if so, what kind of programs and activities were implemented? I need ideas!
