Kevin and Todd were fraternity brothers. On the night of Marty's rape there was a big party at the house. Marty got drunk and Kevin let her stay in his room to sleep it off. Then Todd and 2 other fraternity brothers (Powell & Zack) gang raped Marty. After it was over, Kevin found Marty. She was so traumatized (sp?) that when she saw him she thought he was one of the rapists. So he was charged along with the other 3. If the guys had come forward and said Kevin wasn't involved they would have had to admit their guilt. So they kept quiet. Later, Marty realized that Kevin hadn't raped her and cleared him. But, Kevin's hated Todd ever since, b/c he could have gone to jail for something he didn't do.
