My intention was not to be sarcastic to anyone; it just seemed as if people started making this colossal deal over their names.

You are exactly right, To each his/her own. If that were the case, why did you respond with such a defensive/passionate response?

It was not my intention to criticize anyone, believe me, I of all people cannot criticize anyone. Nevertheless, I still say "big deal!" It's just a name. She didn't ask for your rituals!
