Free workouts at Curves That way, you could at least see if it is a worthwhile workout for you. My co-worker's mom joined and that (with other lifestyle changes) has helped her lose 50lbs. I am thinking about checking it out as well. I am sadly short on time most days as well.
I am now a WW member. I needed something to help me stay on track and I am finding counting points helps me do that.
