Housing
Our chapter is older, but we have an alumni housing board who take care of paying all of the bills and keeping up the house... We pay dues to a housing account at the bank, and they take from the account to pay for insurance, utilities, house payments, etc.
Some friends of mine are ATO's at ASU and they rent a small house right off campus. I think they had to have a sizeable deposite incase anything goes wrong, and permission from the city...
