No, really. I would say not to fire the first time. But why do it again if you were ever caught?
ALso, that depends on who does the catching to me. Is it the maintenance crew or the boss? Is it someone's word against mine or did the boss catch me in the act? Is there evidence? Was it during work? Or at the workplace?
