Well, there are about 3 or 4 different crunches you need to do inorder to get those Brittney Spears abs....as well as running. I'll send you a report on the types of abs and maybe, just maybe if you're lucky, I'll send the chick with the virtual example....she shows you how to do each of them and explains each exercise in detail out loud as you're doing them.
