Pushed to far!!

I have been on vacation for about four days I actually finished early got my grades (straight A's) and noW I am realllllly bored! I mean I am still working and of course doing my parenting thing but I have too much time on my hands...........anyway this brings me to my question or statement "whatever" While in school I never really got a chance to watch TV but now I have time on my hands so I was reading this magazine about upcoming new shows I ran across this new show that will be airing on showtime called QUEER. I read the whole article and let me just say i think they have really pushed it to far......I mean I have nothing against homosexuals but I do have a problem with it being shoved down our throats. The show stars all homsexual people all in there twenties, and according to the article the show has very pornagraphic sex scenes among the cast, I mean the show is supposed to be so raw that there was a list of designers including Polo, Tommy, Versace, that refused to allow any of their merchandise on the show, not only that the NFL asked that they not mention any of its teams in the show either. How far will things go? Its bad enough that we can not even hardly watch a simple tv commercial with out seeing sexual things going on but now they have devoted an entire show to homsexual sex lives. The article said that its Showtimes way of trying to compete with Sex and the City. Give me a break. I know that I am far from perfect and that we all may make choices sometimes that compromise what is thought of as "right". I mean I will be the first to t tell anyone that what is right for one person may not be right for another BUT as a mother who wants to try and raise her babies to not make the same mistakes as she did and try and make sure they grow up to be decent human beings, I just do not like the idea of my kids being able to access a show such as this. I would never ever want my kids to think that they have a choice when it comes to choosing a mate. Regardless of what peoplse say about sex before marriage or unwed pregancies, they do come out of a humans "natural" feeling to have sex with the opposite sex, we may not always do it in the right fashion nor wisely but it is still very natural for a man and a woman to have sex and procreate..........there is nothing natural about homosexuality, procreation is not possible and procreation is our purpose. I think it is sick and to much for the media to glorify these acts and continue to push this mess in our faces. If people want to be gay then go ahead but keep it to yourself. I mean what do you tell a child when hes flipping through the tv and he sees to young men embraced in a tongue kiss? "oh honey they are in love and when you get old enough to choose a mate you have the choice to either choose a man or a woman". PLEASEEEEEEEEEE NOT ME AND MINE. THE LAST THING I WOULD WANT IS FOR MY DAUGHTER TO MAKE THE BAD CHOICES I DID AND GET PREGNANT YOUNG OR HAVE SEX BEFORE MARRIAGE BUT IF I HAD TO CHOOSE THAT OVER HER BEING WITH ANOTHER WOMAN.......I THINK YOU KNOW MY CHOICE.
