What in the world was I thinking?

My faux pas:

-up until 10th grade I used sponge rollers at night. In the morning I'd always have a permanent imprint in my hair

-I was a cheerleader from middle school to high school so I wore my cheerleading shoes with everything. They came with colored inserts, so I just changed them to match my outfits

-I too used black eyeliner as lip liner AND I used it in conjunction with clear high-shine lipgloss

-kross kolors

-HUGE red-rimmed glasses. I looked like Sally Jesse Raphael.

-My mother made me wear dickies too. One time I was sooooo hot in school but I couldn't take off my cardigan b/c I had that stupid illusion of a turtleneck on.

-a more recent faux pas, about 2 years ago my friend and I went to a step show at NC Central. I used to always wear this wig that was in the shape of a bob because I hated doing my hair. I wore the wig to the concert and the MC (a dj from a radio station) made a joke about bobs and wigs being out of style. Even though we were up in the balcony, I felt he was talking directly to me. My friend did too. Dammit, all eyes were on me. I wanted to sink down in my chair and disappear. When we got back, I threw the wig away.
