2003 was a D. I am so glad its ending.
The Bad:
~ broke up with Fiancee of 2 years
~ got fired from a job I hated (not really bad, but the firing part)
~ was unemployed for five months
~ lost an uncle in November
~ parents separated in October after 31 years of marriage
~ lost touch with some good friends, trying to get that back together
~ going through growth issues in my chapter
The Good:
~ my child is happy, healthy and in Kindergarten
~ I was Saved in August
~ I have a new church home
~ I've found a new man and while we have our issues, we are together for the long haul
~ I have a job that pays more, is always changing, and will allow me to strengthen my financial picture
~ got more involved in my Sorority
For 2004, I will:
~ save $200 per month
~ begin saving for my retirement
~ be financially ready to move into a condo/townhouse by the end of the year
~ get an Associate's degree in Spanish
~ begin studying for the GRE for entrance into a PhD program in Psychology
~ be on the path to get engaged (we've discussed it, and have already agreed to go to counseling once we get engaged)
~ get a new wardrobe

and we don't think we're in any way exaggerating here - the epitome of all that is evil.
