The only reason that I can think of as to why these ladies feel as if they need or look for validation from the members of sororities is because they want to be a member one day. And feel they need you to understand why they became a sweetheat (or what ever aux they might belong to) so you won't hold that against them when they step up to the sorority looking to get in because you "understand". (??? I don't know) I also don't have a problem with the women who join these groups (not saying that you do dstbrat) but you will have needed to show me that you can set aside the principles, goals, ideas what ever else you do in that group and are fully devoted to the principles that Delta stands for to get my vote. If you are still activly living the life of a sweetheart, you aren't ready for THIS sorority.

And another thing, I think they (members of these groups) think that since they became "INCORPORATED", that it puts them on the same level as us. So they do the calls and have sorors. I don't remember on which KKI site it was on, but they were giving the dicionary meaning of the word sorority. I guess to give meaning to why they feel they should call other members "sorors".
