For the thing about the rules about alcohol/3rd party vendors...just because they exist, doesn't mean that everyone follows them. I was surprised by what some groups get away with, on my campus and a few others, while they're members of FIPG. Like one group's "Screw Your Breakfast" with pancakes and screwdrivers for breakfast. They even had tshirts...what'd they do, hide them if a national advisor came?
Anyway, back to the subject of woodsers...it seems like, barring you convincing a licensed alcohol-seller to come out in the woods with y'all, there's no way to do this and follow AXiD policy.
Perhaps you could organize a "woodser" party yourself? Invite all your sisters, and other people too. Don't have it be an AXiD function, just a party.
