Ninja Poodle thank you for posting this. With all the t.v. show threads (which are useless as I don't own a t.v.) I appreciate someone that can bring up something that is often overlooked. Even in our own country we are not immune. How many people know that women in the U.S. are more likely to contract HIV these days? Actually women are more likely to contract any STD than men because of how our bodies are anatomically structured.

I'm glad that someone has made a posting on this or has atlest gave it a bump. IT's a lot more intellectual and sobering than many of the other posts in this forum and elsewhere on GC.
