I agree with you. I also don't believe that every black person who they portrayed as "angry" was really like that. There is so much footage since MTV basically tapes almost every minute of their lives. They have to edit out what they feel is unimportant. They can also edit the footage to make the "characters" seem a certain way. With Coral, every time we see her she is basically arguing with Mike. I can't believe that is all she does or that their relationship is limited to arguments. MTV could have made a conscious choice to portray her as a b!tch, whether she really is or not.

I'm not saying that Kevin, Muhammed and Teck weren't portrayed as "angry" black men because they weren't. I think it's because MTV couldn't. Out of all of the "angry" blacks that have been on this show, I think that maybe one might have been accurately shown. The rest, IMHO, were edited to appear that way.
