new member ideas

Hey ya'll,
I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas that they carried out with their new members. I'm interested in the position in our chapter, and our new member education could really use some fresh ideas. If the ideas can't be shared here, you can e-mail me at kirkland_m@acadmn.mercer.edu
