I LOVE love love this book. I really wanted for the longest time to work for Vogue but this book made me think twice. Of course, after thinking twice I still decided I want to do it
It's really hilarious and anyone who's interested in working in the fashion industry should read it. It's all based on the author's real experience of being Anna Wintour's personal assistant. That woman is hardcore.
Another really great book to read for people interested in the ugly side of fashion is Fashion Victim by Michelle Lee. It covers a lot of topics about the clothing industry that people don't usually take the time to think about. I read it a month ago and I'm rereading it just now. I was so touched by it that I wrote to the author and she wrote me back which was very sweet of her and so I'm going to advertise her book for her hehehe.
