I agree. If someone was wanting to join my sorority then you need to be on point. I expect you to get to know us, and attend our events (all of them really) because this is when you get to know the actives as well as your pledge sisters. It also allows me as an active to see how well you would do as an active sister. Now it may not be that way for every GLO but realize that every GLO doesn't work the same. I remember this kind of thing came up with DZO when we had that thread going.
About Meena...nope, sorry. She has to go. She has made no effort whatsoever to get to know anyone (active and pledge alike), she is very nonchalant about the sorority period. And if you knew you got accepted to NYU then WHY are you taking time to pledge? This is Meena's last semester! Why do they need to talk to Meena at this point? What would they ask her? Her actions speak volumes to me.
