How come I got my letter telling me when I get my refund in the mail today?
How come I'm happy?
How come in the same pile of mail my Dad put a request (read: bill) for me to pay my YTD gas card charges?

How come one of my co-workers offered to study with me?
How come he's studying to be an Oracle DBA?

How come people buy software and expect tech support (read: me & my co-workers) to be responsible for teaching them how to use it (and I mean BASIC stuff)?
How come we give you manuals with the software for a reason?
How come people call thinking it's my job to tell them how to run their business?
How come they think we have nothing better to do than sit on the phone and hold their hand though everything?
How come I need them to realize that there are other people holding who paid for support just like they did?
How come people lose their thinking capacity/ability to read & follow instructions when they're on the phone with tech support?
How come folks get mad at me when I tell them their data is corrupted beyond repair as a result of something they've done that we told them NOT to do?
How come I'm surprised I haven't cussed some of these folks out?
How come I'm really glad that most of the customers who call are very nice?
How come I am GEEKED for Spa Day 2001!
How come I can't wait to meet y'all's silly behinds!
How come I'm thinking about doing a GC reunion website for all the mini meet & greets that are going on?
