It sounds like what you guys call candle pass or gavel pass at my school we call it a good and welfare. I thought it was a universal term b/c most of the GLO's on my campus use it. We just sit in a circle and go through all the good and bad shit that we want to vent. They take forever though and I can't imagine how long they take in a large chapter.
