Obviously this girl doesn't feel like you're doing service, or really doing anything besides looking pretty. I would do some sort of all Greek philanthropy week and make a conscious effort to focus on philanthropy.
And I wouldn't send that - it's coming off as rude and elitist and is not going to further your cause. Saying "You just say that because you got cut" really isn't a good approach.
