Just my opinion...
.. and you can take it with a grain of salt, but I don't believe in any diet that requires you to completely cut out -- or severely reduce -- one particular type of food. It works not because you've eliminated that type of food, but because you eliminated it, you're cutting back on calories.
Eat less, move more, write down what you eat (and be honest when you're writing) and the weight will come off.
