I need to find clothes for a theme mixer.

I am social for my sorority and I just planned a themed mixer. My problem is I need to find clothes for this mixer. The theme is school girl and principal. Well I need to find a short pleated or plaid or solid color skirt. Something that flirty and cute. Does anyone know a place that sell skirts at a good price either on line or a store.
