A good guy...
Arya & others,
Just a quick note.
We moved into a new golf course community just under a year ago -- so everyone in the neighborhood is new.
A guy and his wife who live a couple of houses away from us quickly became my favorite new neighbors.
We were chatting the other day as he was walking his dog and the subject of fraternities came up.
Turns out he is a Sig Ep from the University of Denver.
Really good guy. A credit to your fraternity.
