Who knows, maybe UPenn is supportive of Greek Life, but must appear to punish? Since I know nothing about Greek Life at UPenn, I am only guessing.

According to the article, a lot of people are no longer members - and it said they were both expected to get up to 42, or maybe that was just ZBT.
