Be proud of your best. If a 2.8 is your best, honey bake a cake and celebrate. However, if it is not, work harder. When choosing a young lady, I always look to see how can this person benefit my wonderful sorority. If she doesn't have a 3.0 or better, then I look for other attributes such as those previously stated by my soror.
Although you should be proud of your best, be advised that this journey is not an easy one. If a person is not carful, his or her grades could possibly decline.
Be encouraged and continue to strive for excellence.
