I wear event/rush/bid day t-shirts to work out in, and I have a VERY beat up AEPhi sleep shirt that I wear a lot. My favorite letters (also my first - big fuzzy black sweatshirt with floral print letters) come in very handy on chilly winter mornings! 
I don't wear my letters to work, because I don't think it's appropriate to wear t-shirts or sweatshirts in a corporate environment. If I had a lavalier I'd probably wear it (I somehow never got around to acquiring one).
