USC has a fee of like 60 dollars...but 260? That's nuts! After buying all my clothes, jewelry, shoes, hair app, nails, tanning--how could most PNM's afford that? Does it even get them a t-shirt or anything? I would want some of my first month dues to come out of that chunk of change!
