Not all West Indian people come from the island of Jamaica. There are other islands in the West Indies.
Just because someone is poor and live in a low-income area, that does not always make them "ghetto". Sometimes it's all about a person's behavior and attitudes.
Not all black upper-middle class people are "bourgie" (sp?)
