My chapter was actually formed straight off as a colony... we were never a local. If you worked quickly enough, maybe it would sort of turn out to be a situation like that.

As long as you girls prove that you're healthy, NPC may not have to wait for you to be around too long. But I'm not the NPC expansion expert, so I wouldn't know!
