I HATE it when folx send me emails and there is no sense of flow or structure to what they are saying and I have to reread it two and three times just to figure out what the general message they are trying to convey in their email. Matter of fact, I have had emails that are so bad (HOW BAD ARE THEY?!!), I will return the email to the sender and tell them that it is unreadable and that they need to rewrite, restructure, and resend it to me, because I will not read undecipherable incoherent emails.

I also hate it when folx reply to replys of replys--essentially you are getting one email with 15 previous email replys attached to it. Only include pertinent email correspondence with the original email. Or better yet, just start off with a fresh email.

I also hate chain emails also. I have noticed more women send them then men--please stop it.
