I wouldn't do it...My sister and mom both had plastic surgery and their results were less than desireable. My sister is permanently bruised from her operation and my mom has horrible marks on her legs from her lipo. The risks are too great for me to be that vain. Now, if it were a medical emergency like my face was horribly disfigured in an accident or something, I'd maybe try it.

As far as insurance, MOST insurance plans will not cover plastic surgery for whatever reason. It's not a medical necessity so they won't cover it. Even if your breast size is causing major back problems (happened to a friend of mine) they won't cover it. Make sure you really really want to do it befoer you fork out the cash.
