I'm starting a website to help get a Milwaukee Area Alumni association going, and as of now have 2 designs for the main layout...
Could you please let me know which you prefer and maybe some suggestions on how to make the page better?
Both do involve a limited amount of Java and Inline frames, so far the testing i've done hasn't shown many problems (expect some resolution issues when it's turned up really high)

I know the greys don't match up exactly, I'm going to go into that, but wanted to get some feedback on the two before i went too far...
