Zeta Tau Alpha and Kappa Alpha Order both have badges that are black enamel shields. That is because a KA helped to organize Zeta - he was the brother of one of the founders.

Also - several sororities, including Zeta, were founded at Longwood College in Farmville, VA. I can't remember the others - my pledge education was just too long ago!
