The NPC sorority Sigma Delta Tau uses the yellow tea rose.
Alpha Sigma Tau (NPC sorority), Alpha Kappa Lambda and Kappa Delta Phi (both NIC fraternities) all use the yellow rose, although I don't think any of them specify the tea rose.
