About the RBG check, um the Tiffany Blue color is copyrighted (or whatever you do for colors) similar to the IBM blue. Anyways, their corporate policy I believe is that the Tiffany blue only appears on their boxes, bags and catalogs. In other words you have to buy something from them to get the color. I highly doubt they would give you the code or pattern or whatever for the color. However, if you order a catalog from their website, their is usually a page that is pretty close to Tiffany blue. It's not a perfect match, trust me i have a catalog and a box and they don't match perfectly, but if would be a start and maybe you could slowly add in a color till you got it right, i don't know. Still though, give it a try, cause you never know.
