Phi Sig has a mother's pin and a ceremony to give them out. I We try to do the ceremony once a year.. I know last year we did it at our division founder's day celebration.

They can be worn by any mother of an active sister. I personally think our mother's pins are kinda plain though... but I know my mom will love it no matter what it looks like.
