I'm spilling my guts here, because I don't want to do it on one of the main boards - yet.
Do y'all remember how excited I've been that a friend of mine is planning to rush at USC this fall? Well, I just found out that she's not sure if she's returning to USC. She's in NROTC, and isn't sure that she wants to stick it out. If she doesn't return to USC, she plans to attend school in the Chicago area for at least a year - commuting, I assume.
So... I'm not sure whether to send the rec, in case she
does go, or to make several copies of the rec for her other choices! Bethany is one of the sweetest, nicest, and wittiest young women I've met in a while, and she really has her head on straight! I REALLY would like to see her go ADPi, and had even planned on an inititiation gift! (I know, cart before the horse - but she really likes the USC chapter!)
I guess I'm venting a little, but has anyone else had something like this happen? Do I send the rec(s)?
I'm pretty down about it... but obviously, not as much as she is.
