My question is, how do you know they were frat boys? Were they wearing letters? Did everyone just assume they were from SAE? If they were wearing letters, then I do think they should be punished as a chapter. They were representing the Greek community! They should have known better then to wear their letters if they were doing something unbecoming of a member of the Greek community!

Also, I agree with everyone else in wanting to know why the cops didn't get involved as well as the other side of this story. If this was such a big issue within your college community, wouldn't it be on the news or something?
From the little information that was given on the LJ, it was my understanding that the bands were invited by the fraternity to play at their party, which, I'm assuming, was at the house, since the musicians and their friends were told to leave the property.

I tried doing a search on the incident, but came up with nothing.

At this point, I'd take ktsnake's advice and just take this with a grain of salt. It'd be crazy to jump to conclusions based on "so and so's account of so and so's account" of what happened.
